  • #Scaling and polishing of teeth
    Scaling and polishing of teeth
The saliva fluids in our mouths contain calcium and bacteria. The bacteria part that sticks to the teeth is the plaque and the calcium deposit combined with the bacteria is the tartar. When plaque builds up on the teeth, it causes bacterial growth on the teeth and gums that can cause decay and gum disease. Scaling is the dental treatment used to remove the plaque and tartar, and polishing is the treatment to smooth and shine the teeth so that calcium and bacteria cannot as easily attach to the tooth surface
  • Implants

Extraction of teeth and surgical procedures
Removing a tooth is necessary when decay or an abscessed tooth is so severe that no other treatment will cure the infection.Removing the tooth can help keep infection from spreading to other areas of your mouth.A tooth extraction should be done as soon as possible to avoid the spread of infection and more serious problems. In cases in which a root canal treatment might not save the tooth, your dentist may recommend that the tooth be removed and a bridge or implant installed.

    Orthodontics fixed and removable
Our dentists can apply either fixed or removable corrective appliances to bring teeth, lips, and jaws into proper alignment and to achieve facial balance. Fixed orthodontics are brackets or appliances cemented or bonded to the teeth. Removable orthodontics are any appliances that can be removed by the patients during treatment. Any orthodontic care may need multiple phases of care. All orthodontic care needs an initial workup before treatment is rendered and diagnosed.

  • Bridges of all kinds metal, ceramic, sercon
Bridges of all kinds metal, ceramic, sercon
There are three basic types of materials for dental bridges: (1) All porcelain dental bridges (2) Porcelain fused to metal (e.g. gold) dental bridges and (3) all metal dental bridges. The all porcelain dental bridges and porcelain fused to metal (PFM) dental bridges are tooth colored bridges. PFM dental bridges are usually used to restore back teeth where the forces of chewing and grinding are strongest. All porcelain dental bridges are the most aesthetic and are used almost exclusively for front teeth where the need for strength is not as critical. Gold dental bridges are the most durable and offer the most precise fit
